It's something I (and maybe you too ;) ) have always 'wondered' and, at times, struggled with... When titling your deviations, you do it mainly according to:

the main subject. eg: 'Lioness 1'
the emotion or feeling evoked or represented. eg. 'Power'
the 'action' of the subject. eg. 'Landing'
something 'catchy' that ties in with the image and that you come up with on the spot. eg. 'Going Green
